NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #26 - Observed disinfectant in classroom at 200 ppm chlorine. Ensure disinfectant measures 500-800 ppm chlorine. #29 - (CRITICAL VIOLATION) Observed Lysol spray stored on the counter in the kitchen per the state and on the counter in the men's main bathroom. The kitchen is not used and children are not allowed to use men's main restroom. Observed Lysol disinfectant spray being stored in an unlocked cabinet under the counter in the classroom. **All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). #31 - Observed vacuuming needed in storage closets in nap room. **Adequate space shall be provided for the storage of equipment, furniture, toys, clothes, linens, backpacks, book bags, diaper bags, beds, cots, mats, and supplies and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (a). #39 - Observed no shields on lights in gym. Ensure light bulbs are shatterproof. **Light bulbs must be shatterproof or shielded. 15A NCAC 18A .2826 (a). Inspection was led by Savannah Parker and supervised by Renada Ervin-Junious.
