4-501.114 Manual and Mechanical Warewashing Equipment, Chemical Sanitization-Temperature, pH, Concentration and Hardness - P Observed dishmachine at bar is inconsistently tripping thermolabel. The pressure gauge and thermostat are not reading correctly and the rinse cycle varies in length of time. Recommend close monitoring of machine for proper function. Thermolabel did trip after multiple attempts. |
