15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e) Hot water shall be maintained between 80°F and 110°F at handwashing sinks accessible to children. Observed hot water at classroom handsinks reaching only 55F. Teacher stated the hot water issue has a work order in and plumbers have been out to work on problem. |

15A NCAC 18A .2824 (b). Floors and floor coverings in sleeping and play areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed build up on floors under classroom sinks. Needs cleaning. |
