Observed loose edges of wall paper in room 109 near entrance door and under white board. Tightly secure loose edges of wall paper. Clean spots on throw rug in C109. Touch-up paint throughout where needed(EXIT DOOR). Replace water stained ceiling tile in room 109 beside ceiling mounted heating and cooling unit. Clean/dust window ledges in classrooms. Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825. GENERAL COMMENT: #39. Clean/dust ceiling ventilation in room 110 bathroom. #34.
