7-201.11 Store toxic materials to avoid contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service/use items. -P Observed employee using a floor sprayer with degreaser to clean floors, chemical is getting onto boxes where to-go cups are stored. EHS observed no signs of contamination of these cups, in boxes and in protective sleeves. EHS suggests moving away from bottom shelf while cleaning to avoid potential contamination. CDI- cups moved, EHS discussed with PIC and employees. |
