7-102.11 Label working containers of toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers.-Pf Observed bottles of peroxide, 1 with yellow chemical and 1 with a clear liquid (peroxide is a yellow chemical, checked with larger stock bottle), incorrect labels. Observed chemical bottles marked as grill cleaner, 1 with yellow chemical and 1 with clear liquid, these labels are incorrect. PIC believes staff is reusing bottles and filling with other chemicals or water to clean. CDI- bottles emptied, PIC will discuss with staff and ensure chemicals are properly labeled. |
