Clean the lower base board trim surfaces along the walls. Clean the floors under the 3 comp sink line, prep sink and piping area. Clean the lower frp panels. Clean the ceiling tile where dust build-up is observed in the area and kitchen area in need of cleaning and replacing. Some in bad repair from staining. Replace discolored ones. Clean the light fixtures and vent returns. Some tiles under the sink line in need of new grout. Low areas observed. Floors, walls and ceilings are to be clean and in good repair. Facility features are to be clean.
