3-501.19 Provide and follow written procedures for foods held using Time as a Public Health Control (TPHC). Clearly mark foods with begin and end times. All food not sold by the end of 4 hours shall be discarded. -P/Pf Observed two containers of milk that were marked with time out, but no time in. Observed a conainer that was marked for "8:30 am til 12:30 pm" at 2:20 pm. CDI- All milk in containers were discarded. A new set of containers with correct markings werre placed on counter. |
