Facility received a delivery before I arrived and the cooler door was open for an extended periods of time. VR (verification required) to check cooler as it did not fully return all food to approved temperature of 41F. Air temperature at the fan was 39F. Service call made during inspection and discussed closing the door in between trips by US Foods from the truck to the cooler. |
