General Comments

Colleen Twine was present during the inspection. 10. Observed several plastic containers were wet stacked on the drying rack. **Completely air-dry all equipment and utensils before stacking or storing the items. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (h) 29. (CRITICAL) Observed a bottle of lemon cleaner in a generic spray bottle was not labled, and 2 containers of "Goo-Gone" was stored in an unlocked hallway art closet. **All chemicals must be properly labled. **All hazardous items must be stored in locked closets or cabinets. 33. Observed one crib sheet was not clean in the infant room. **In care rooms for children under 12 months of age, launder/cahnge all crib sheets daily or when visible soiled.
