No points were deducted for the following: 29. Observed disinfectant wipes stored on top of file cabinet in tutor room. Sine tutor rooms are apart of approved places, disinfectant would need to be stored behind lock and key. CRITICAL VIOLATION. **All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). 37. Observed rug with staining in room A-6. Staff informed me that the rugs are scheduled to be cleaned during spring break. **Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825.
