Observed light shield hanging in the restroom in room A6. Light shield was re-attached during the inspection. **Keep all light fixtures clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2826 (a). NOTE: Ensure that waterplay centers are being cleaned and sanitized after each session. If there's two times a day for centers, have the teachers clean and sanitize equipment after the first and second session.
