General Comments

NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #4 - (CRITICAL) Observed refrigerators in rooms A5 & A8 at temperatures above 45F. EHS thermometer was used. Both refrigerators were adjusted to bring temperature down. Temperatures had reached 45F or less by the end of inspection. Potentially hazardous food must be stored below 45F. #19 - Observed build-up on the water fountain spouts in the hallway. Clean and sanitize fountain spouts. #30 - Observed sanitizer buckets below 5 feet vertical distance from the floor in the cafeteria. Pre-k children use cafeteria but were not in present in cafeteria at time of inspection. Ensure all sanitizers and other approved non hazardous products are stored 5 feet above the floor in all areas used by pre-k children. Inspection was led by Savannah Parker and supervised by Tasharra Kenion. **Critical violation #29 from the previous inspection had been corrected.
