Observed water stained ceiling tile in room B9. Ensure that leak is not ongoing and have tile replaced.
**Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825.
NOTE: The thermometers in the refrigerators were reading around 60F in rooms B11 and B12. Juice was tested to see interior temperature and it was at 58F. No perishable items were in the refrigerator at the time of inspection. Thermostat needs to be turned down. |
