Observed mats in B11 label with number matching number to child name but mats was stored in wrong cubbie area. Properly label mats and store mats in correct storage area matching their name to the number.

Observed water stained ceiling tiles in B9,B10 and B11. Repair any and all roof leaks, then replace water stained ceiling tiles. Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825.
General Comments/ No Points Deducted! #39. Observed light dust on window blind. Clean/dust window blinds. Observed light bulbs blown in light fixtures throughout in pre k classes. Replace blown light bulbs in light fixture. #49. Monitor grounds on exterior of playground area where old playground was removed and fill in low area if needed with dirt.
