#5 Observed multiple water bottles present in fridge of B11. Per teacher water bottles belonged to her. Label all child's bottles brought from home. #7 Observed thermometer not at warmest part of fridge in room B9. Thermometer was relocated to door. #23 Observed hand wash sign not present at hand wash sink in room B11. Provide hand wash sign. **Ms. Brenda Webster-Suter was present during inspection.
