#7 Observed thermometer reading under 32 F in room B12, B11 and items were not frozen. Provide accurate thermometers. **Provide an accurate thermometer in all refrigerators. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (h)-All Hazardous Items were properly stored in stand up filing cabinets behind lock and key. Correction from previous inspection.**Carpets in tutor room were cleaned 10/18/14 - 10/19/14**Mr. Brian was present during inspections-Label teacher food/drink items and store them in a way to prevent contamination from children's food.
