Observed wall damage in wing 200 near storage closet and paint touch up needed adjacent on the adjacent wall. Repair wall damage and paint. Clean bed linen in good repair shall be provided for each individual and shall be changed when soiled. 15A NCAC 18A .1319 (b). Observed soiled linen in room 210. Clean linen.
