Observed egg carton in Reindeer classroom, caregiver stated that is was to be used to for crafts. Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). 37. Observed floor tile damaged in Reindeer classroom restroom. Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825.
