Food items cooled down to 41F or below. Found tomatoes in reach-in covered at 52F, cheese in cold drawer at 45F, PIC was not sure why they were warm, CDI-PIC voluntarily discarded. Much improvement from last inspection, de-escalation in points. Repeat Violation.
