3-501.17 Date mark/label all TCS foods that are ready-to-eat once opened or prepared and held more than 24hrs. -Pf-Observed non-dairy containers that were opened today date marked w/ last day of use 3/20 and a another container opened the day prior w/ last day of use 3/19. -CDI-PIC placed proper last day date marks on all food items.
