NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS: #9. Toilet rooms shall not be used for storage. See rule .1312 (b). Observed furniture stored in shower rooms. #33. Clean bed linen in good repair shall be provided for each individual and shall be changed when soiled. 15A NCAC 18A .1319 (b). Observed staining on bed linen in room 114. No points deducted due to major improvement from previous inspection report.
