The dish machine does not work and the area is being used for storage. Broken and unused equipment should be repaired, replaced or removed.
4-501.11(B) - C EQUIPMENT components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
The gaskets on the 2 door cooler on the serving line side are split. |
