4-501.11 (A) - C EQUIPMENT shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under Parts 4-1 and 4-2.
The proofers do not work and are used for storage. Two of the heat lamps at the hot bar were burnt out, lamps were replaced during inspection. Establishment is undergoing a remodel in the coming months. |
