The sliced cheese packages on the bottom row of the self service cooler were cold holding at 43-44F. The air temperature of the cooler was 39F. CDI- cheese was moved to walk in to reach correct temperature. |

There was personal food items stored above establishment food in the walk in cooler. CDI- items were moved below establishment food. |
