There is a large stalagmite of ice (over a foot tall) growing in the walk in freezer again.
The top door for the warmer with chips and twist does not close correctly. PIC stated the company has ordered a new one and the establishment is waiting for it to be delivered. The bottom door of the warmer for the TCS foods is also not closing correctly. All foods checked in this warmer were 135 F or higher. |
