EHS observed hamburger at 110 F on the grill. The hamburger was hot holding in a metal pan, with small to-go trays holding in above the grill. CDI - the trays were discarded. The hamburgers were reheated to 188 F.

EHS observed personal food stored on top of establishment food in the chest freezer upstairs. There is ice build up on the walls of the chest freezer upstairs and all of the chest freezers down stairs.

The gaskets on the 1 door cooler is damaged. 4-205.10 - C Except for toasters, mixers, microwave ovens, water heaters, and hoods, FOOD EQUIPMENT shall be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s intended use and certified or classified for sanitation by an American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-accredited certification program. If the EQUIPMENT is not certified or classified for sanitation, the EQUIPMENT shall meet Parts 4-1 and 4-2 of the Food Code as amended by this Rule. Nonabsorbent wooden shelves that are in GOOD REPAIR may be used in dry storage areas. The chest freezers in the basement are not NSF, but are keeping frozen food frozen. The 3 compartment sink and drain boards are not NSF and there is a hole on one of the rims on the right side. If the establishment is ever sold the freezers and 3 compartment sink would need to be replaced. 4-501.11 (A) - C EQUIPMENT shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under Parts 4-1 and 4-2. There is a unused ice cream freezer in the basement.

EHS observed a heavy food residue on the inside of the microwave. This needs more frequent cleaning. There is food debris in the outside doors of the 2 door cooler.
