Observed two sauce containers out at the facility for use. One was on top of prep surface for immediate use and a back up container was present underneath the prep surface. The container underneath the prep surface was not labeled. Ensure that all foods are marked to indicate the time that TPHC food shall be discarded.
-CDI- Label placed for the back up sauce containers. Back up container does not expire until 10:17 PM this evening (10 hour extended TPHC). |
