5-402.13 Maintain sanitary sewage system.-P Observed odorous discharge expelled from the floor drain near the 3 compartment sink. This was an isolated incident that did not recur during the inspection. Water was squeegeed to a floor drain and floor was mopped. PIC contacted a plumbing company for repairs. VR required. Instructed PIC to contact heath department if the issue persists. |
