15A NCAC 18A .1826 (h) Furnishings, bathroom fixtures, carpets, and other accessories in guest rooms, shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed rooms on the 7th and 8th floors with small bits of trash and debris in the seating area under couch cushions. Observed frayed upholstery on couch in seating area of room 721. Recommend thorough cleaning of couches in between occupants. |
