Observed an aerosol can of febreeze in the adult restroom, disinfectant wipes in unlocked cabinet in room 222, and a bottle of pills in an unlocked cabinet in room 125. Hazardous items were stored unlocked and within reach of the students.Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).**No thermometers observed in the refrigerators in the kitchen containing potentially hazardous items.-- Repeat Non-ComplianceMr. Rappe present during the inspection.
