Keep all flooring clean. 15A NCAC 18A .1309 (a). Sweep dust particles out corners at end of hall and common areas. Keep all ventilation equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1311 (b). Observed dust on filter in AC vent in room #603. All other rooms AC vent filters were clean. Remove dust from filter on vents.
