No points were deducted for the following: 3. Observed stain above ice machine on 500 Hall. Needs to be cleaned. **Keep all walls and ceilings clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1310. 5. Observed dust build up on vent cover in salon. Needs to be cleaned. **Keep all ventilation equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1311 (b). 30. Observed lip of cups exposed on the med cart on the 700/800 hallway. Ensure that cups are protected. **Food and utensils used on medication carts shall be handled in a sanitary manner. 15A NCAC 18A .1318 (c). 36. Observed interior of microwave dirty in the service area on 300/400 hall and staining from leak in the cabinets in the service area on 300/400 and 700/800 hallway. Needs to be repaired. **Non-food contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at such intervals as to keep them in a clean and sanitary condition. See rule .1320 (c).
