Thoroughly clean underside of shower chairs and legs on shower chair. Replace damaged shower curtain. Thoroughly clean area around lid on clothes washer machine. Provide soap and paper towels at all hand washing sinks at all times. Tightly secure and caulk hand washing sink to wall in bathroom. Toilet, hand washing, bathing, and laundry facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (a).
