Observed sanitizer solution in spray bottles in bathrooms too strong. Sanitizer(chlorine) shall be 100ppm-200ppm. Observed corners of diaper changing pad on diaper changing table damaged. Replace damaged diaper changing pad. Diapering surfaces shall be kept clean, in good repair and free of storage. Section 14 (a). A solution of 100 ppm (parts per million) chlorine, or other equivalent method approved by the Director, shall be used for sanitizing common changing surfaces after each diaper change.
