Provide sanitizer chlorine test strips. Test strips could not be found. Monitor sanitizer closely. Observed sanitizer solution in spray bottle slightly beyond 200ppm. Fading marking on sanitizer bottle relabeled at time of inspection. A suitable testing method or kit shall be available, convenient, and used daily to insure compliance with the minimum prescribed sanitizer strength. Section 14 (a). General Comment: Monitor plaster on upper section of wall in side room starting to crack/chip. Tightly secure loose plaster and repaint. General cleaning of large playground fixtures. Ms. Potts present at time of inspection |
