Observed the ceiling vents accumulating dust in the boys restroom and the teachers restroom.**All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b).***Amy Rogerson (Principal) was present during the inspection. |
