All foods, while being stored, prepared, served, and during transportation, shall be protected from contamination. 15A NCAC 18A .1620 (a). Observed a container of cheese balls under the sink in the bathroom upstairs. PIC said it was there awhile and it is trash, PIC took item and discarded.
An indicating thermometer shall be located in each refrigerator. 15A NCAC 18A .1620 (a). Observed one of two refrigerators, one in the kitchen without thermometer. Suggest PIC to get thermometer for both refrigerators. |

(a). Observed stains on bedsheet and comforter in one bedroom and stains on pillows. Stains on pillow sheet in another bedroom. Observed torn black leather chair in hallway upstairs, PIC said will discard the chair. Everything needs keep in good repair. |
