Clean top of hood system over stove. Clean area around door and gasket on refrigeration unit. Wipe/clean edge of counter top. Observed items soiled and collecting debris. All food service and eating and drinking utensils and equipment shall be in good repair, free of corrosion, and kept clean. Section 8 (a). General Comment: #5.Observed raw eggs stored on top shelving in refrigeration unit above other food products used in daycare. Carton of eggs placed on lower shelving in refrigeration unit at time of inspection. **All foods shall be protected from contamination while being stored, prepared, served, or during transportation. Section 6 (e). |

Clean cracks and crevices of toys/fixture throughout classroom/play room area and items on the playground area. Clean key board to computer. Clean back of play chair. Remove broken/damaged fixture from the playground(white art easel/writing board). Tighten loose brace on bottom of diaper changing table. Equipment and toys provided by the facility shall be kept clean and in good repair. Section 17 (f). General Comment: #53. Touch-up paint one spot on door framing at classroom entering into the hallway area. **The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. Section 18 (c).
