Touch-up paint corner of wall near bathroom. Cut frayed edges of rug in classroom area. Touch-up paint exterior board at front entrance under door threshold. Repair or replace damaged flooring in kitchen area. Was informed that flooring in kitchen will be replaced this weekend. All floors shall be kept clean and in good repair. Section 18 (a). The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. Section 18 (c).General Comment: #11. Wipe/clean pot storage shelving beside two compartment sink. |
