Touch-up paint wall behind trash can storage area. Touch-up paint front door and door framing. Wipe/clean ceiling around ceiling ventilation in main classroom. All floors shall be kept clean and in good repair. Section 18 (a).General Comment: Observed where a large tree limb from neighboring property had fallen onto playground area and fence surrounding playground. Remove large tree limb from property and make any repairs to top of playground fencing if needed. Ms. Tara Patrick present at time of inspection. |
