There shall be a five pound dry chemical fire extinguisher (Type ABC), approved by Underwriters Laboratories, in the home day care facility at all times. The fire extinguisher shall be maintained in good working condition. Section 16 (i).- Observed 3 pound and 5 ounce of fire extinguisher. Obtain 5 pounds of ABC fire extinguisher as required per this rule. |
