Repeat Non Compliance: Observed sanitizer in restroom measuring over 200 ppm. **Prepare a spray on sanitizer at 100 ppm made and tested daily. **General Comments: 10) Observed tape residue on outside surfaces of sippy cups stored in cabinet next to microwave. **All food service and eating and drinking utensils and equipment shall be in good repair, free of corrosion, and kept clean.
