Each child in diapers shall be changed while the child is in his/her own crib or bed or on a smooth, nonabsorbent, easily cleanable surface. Section 14 (a). Observed cloth decorative towel and several layers of yoga mat material. Remove all but 1 layer to make sure all surfaces get cleaned properly. Do not put and absorbent materials on diaper changing table. |
