Section 14 (a). - Observed the test strip for chlorine without the comparison chart. Obtain a new one with comparison chart to ensure the correct strength of the solution concentration. |

There shall be a five pound dry chemical fire extinguisher (Type ABC), approved by Underwriters Laboratories, in the home day care facility at all times. The fire extinguisher shall be maintained in good working condition. Section 16 (i). - Observed the facility without 5 pounds fire extinguisher. The facility has 2.5 pounds fire extinguisher. Obtain the item and keep in the facility. |
