Thoroughly clean straps on booster seats and sides of booster seat. Wipe/clean white toy shelving. Reminder: Store items on playground so they do not hold or collect water----> just had heavy rain down pours come through area.General Comments #11. Wipe/clean crumbs from base of utensil bin in drawer. #53. Touch-up paint corner of walls. #29. Monitor corners on diaper changing pad and replace if needed. Observed corner of diaper changing mat worn and cracking. Mrs. Davis present at time of inspection. |
