Highly recommend placing door stopper behind bathroom door. Repairs to walls and doors are taking place. Continue to repair corner of walls and repaint areas once repair have been completed. Clean walls, door framing and closet doors throughout center. The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. Section 18 (c).General Comment: #25. Monitor and repair slow draining hand washing sink in bathroom. Observed two pack n play not labeled. One pack n play was red and the other one was blue. Owner stated that she know which child sleep in the red and blue pack n play. Label pack n play. |
