Repaint edge of back door and door framing to back door.Wipe/clean window blinds. The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. Section 18 (c).General Comment: Observed single service articles not covered and stored on top of can goods in cabinet area. Single service articles stored on clean shelving above can goods at time of inspection. Ms. Davis present at time of inspection. Thanks for repairing items from past previous inspections; Good Job! |
