Observed the storage shed was left unlocked. The shed contained caulk, paint and other hazardous products,**All corrosive agents, insecticides, rodenticides, herbicides, bleaches, detergents, polishes, items containing petroleum products, any product which is under pressure in an aerosol dispensing can, and any substance which may be hazardous to a child if ingested, inhaled, or handled (skin contact) shall be stored in a locked storage room or locked cabinet. Section 16 (b).NOTES: Lavonda Furtick was present during the inspection. Observed some outdoor toys beneath the tree line needed cleaning. |
