Observed the water in the restroom at 115F. Hot water to those areas accessible to children shall not be less than 90F and shall not exceed 110F. Section 9 (c).*Suggestions: -Provide a thermometer to check the water temp. -Install a tempering device to ensure the water at the restroom handsink remains in the correct range.-No Points Deducted: Observed the kitchen sanitizer at 0ppm. Remake or purchase more. |

-Observed propane tanks stored unlocked in the playground area: One connected to the grill and the other in the unlocked barn.-Observed a plugin in the restroom. (The refill is hazardous- package states Keep Out of Children with Additional Warnings).All corrosive agents, insecticides, rodenticides, herbicides, bleaches, detergents, polishes, items containing petroleum products, any product which is under pressure in an aerosol dispensing can, and any substance which may be hazardous to a child if ingested, inhaled, or handled (skin contact) shall be stored in a locked storage room or locked cabinet.
